I’m Zaida, originally from Chile and a proud single mom. 

My journey has taken me through different countries and many challenges, from starting over in new places without language or support to finding my own strength along the way. 

I first joined Impower as a peer, later continued in the Peer Coach program, and today I work as a mentor and Team Coach supporting our peer coaches. 

Through the years, I’ve seen how powerful it is to connect with people who share similar life experiences. That connection can create trust, open conversations, and help people rediscover their own strength. 

My passion is to support others in finding their voice and moving forward with confidence.
