I am Suchita Burh, a dedicated peer coach residing in Amsterdam, who is deeply committed to the art of empowerment and motivation. Operating out of Impower I am willing to dedicate myself  to uplifting and guiding  the individuals through challenging times.

With a profound belief in the power of personal experience, my mission is to help others recognize their own potential and qualities, especially those who find themselves in vulnerable or difficult situations. I channel my own life experiences into my work, aiming to inspire and support people as they navigate their paths forward.

My approach to peer coaching is grounded in empathetic conversation and listening. By fostering meaningful dialogues, I seek to empower my peers, helping them to build confidence and discover sustainable solutions for their personal and professional challenges. My dedication to this process reflects my own journey of finding strength and resilience, which I now share with others to help them forge their own paths to success.
