My name is Iulia. I’m a social person, empathetic, lovely daughter and loyal friend.

I discovered ImPower in my journey of discovering myself and also when I was searching for a new job/opportunities in my life, which makes me more enthusiastic to become a Peer Coach.

My purpose is to empower individuals and guiding them toward their best selves. With a focus on helping Peers to navigate their personal and professional journeys, and sharing my own experience, skills and information’s what I have learned to reshape my own life with individuals going to same or similar struggles to continuous learning and growth.
